We received a handwritten note on legal yellow pad paper offering to buy our rental house. The house was identified by the address. The house is not for sale. We do not live there, how did this person get our names (first and last)? The house is in west Boise (83713) and we live in Meridian (83642). I actually read about this in an advice column earlier this month, though I don’t know where that story originated.
