I never once heard from this company. I happen to go to the bank to get money when it said i had less than i did.. I knew i had money so i went and checked transactions. Its shows them withdrawing 26.96 than 1.00 than 4 more 26.95…… They withdrew money from my checking account and i have no idea who they are. when i called there customer service they told me we cant check into this without you giving us your debit card number.. Oh yeah like im going to really do that.. so I called the bank and they stopped my debit card. also i got a charge from UseNeXT…

Total money lost $40

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I signed up for myapp 30 day free trial. It generates the info contsining the number of faxes sent and received. I noticed that $40 was taken from my account. I called and the rep told me there is nothing he can do…he claimed i sent 564 pages. I referred him to my inbox sent and received faxes that i sent no where even close to 50 pages in the 30 days. He said there is nothing he can do. He did something and i was unable to see the number of faxes i sent after i asked him to count. I have confirmations on my email and i told him i can still count how many faxes i sent and received. He said i will receive no refund and hung up. I noticed that there are several complaints from other users experiencing similar situations. Pls kindly address this.

Not sure exactly what is going on except that on the 5th of Sept. I received an email welcoming and thanking me for choosing efax free. It then went on to giving account details with a login web address and an efax free number and password to log on with. I didn’t log on but I did go to the site thru my web browser to send them an email informing them that this must be some sort of mistake because I never signed up for such a thing. They responded to my inquiry on the 6th by stating the per their records I have a free account with the number they listed as the fax I supposedly signed up for. No investigation on their part as to why I emailed them stating that I never signed up for their services and if they can find a resolution. Since then, I emailed them back this morning letting them know my concerns of possible fraud and again stating that I never signed up for this efax service because I have no need for it nor would I choose a number that was not in my locations area code. Also requested them to canx the account and flag it for possible fraud. Have not heard anything up to this point.
