I purchased a jacket on ***. It arrived almost a month later and didn’t look anything like the photo. I reached out to the company to start the return/refund process and they were impossible to deal with. They suggested that I gift the product and they would give me $13. I declined, asked for a return address, sent the item back, and then they refused to give me a refund.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Julsia which offered clothing and shoes, website. I began to explore and saw a few item that I really liked. I ordered two jackets and a pair of boots. I have only, to date, received the two jackets which look nothing like the jackets advertised. They are not the same quality or material. They look handmade, unprofessionally. I am very disappointed. When I tried to contact them via their website, I submitted for a return and refund. I was unable to email them as it was not a known email address. I bought $116.00 worth of clothing and shoes. I have not received the shoes yet. The order was placed on 12/13/18.

I received a targeted ad from Julsia on Instagram. Upon clicking the ad and reading the reviews, I knew something was off. The entire website is written in broken english and all the reviews are completely fabricated, probably by the same person. They’ve tried to disguise that by writing reviews in different languages but all of the reviews are 4 or 5 stars. I searched google for the images used for the “fashion waterproof middle height heel boots” and realized that they are actually Free People brand boots called “check lace up boots”

Needless to say I did not order anything but I want to make sure no one falls for this and gets their money stolen this holiday season!!! Pls take this site down.
