Received an email regarding debt that was "sold to collection agency." I have no debt that I am aware of and this is the first I am hearing about this.

I received an email from Justison Collections with the following message:
"Recently a debt in your name was sold to our company. Our efforts to contact you have gone unanswered. Our goal is to avoid further negatively impacting your credit score.
In compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), we have confirmed your employment . Prior to proceeding with wage garnishment, we want to give you the opportunity to rectify this obligation. To view details, refute, offer a settlement, or communicate with us, you must access your case through our secure portal.
Failure to deny or otherwise refute this debt within 24 hours will serve as a acceptance of the debt.
To make payment arrangements, click here.
Additional information regarding your debt can be found here."
There was no mention of what company the debt was owed to (despite not having any outstanding debts with any company), no physical address, or phone number. All information would have required me to click on their links – which could have contained malware. Just to make sure I was not a victim of fraud, I ran my credit report and have no outstanding debts.

I received an email telling me a debt of mine had been purchased and that I now owed money to this entity, Justin Collections. I was told that if I did not respond in 24 hours, wages would be garnished, and that by not responding I was admitting that I owed money. I immediately Googled the entity and found that it did not exist.
