I was hired by said company to become a wrapping specialist. I would recieve packages and wrap them, with provided wrapping paper which was sent to my address by the company. Once wrapped I would print off label and drop them to Fedex, or Post office. I wasnt concerned at first but when the individual who was my supervisor asked me to open one of the packages, I didnt and just wrapped it and took it to Fedex. I got a few other gifts and wrapped the and sent them. On the 21st day which was supposed to be payday. They locked me out of the website or work cabinet as it was reffered to. Of course they wrrent able to get personall info such as my socail security number, however, these people went to a lot in order to make it seem legit. This company is very blatantly appearing to be a scam. The company website features numerous fake names and claims about the individuals involved in the company. There is no reputation information about the company online, and this appears to largely be a "home office business supply" employment scam that appears to be purposed for phishing and distributing what is likely to be believed to be stolen goods, sending them off to contracted "employees" upon detailing of the employment opportunity via email. I was contacted by email from a message that initially contained very marginal information other than the direct pay rate. Upon supplying a resume with the expectation of further details, I was then called by the alleged "HR Manager" who conducted a quick phone interview, which largely didn’t seem to consist of typical measures and tactics utilized in most common employment interviews in order to properly screen potential candidates.
There appears to be extremely little information available online to supplement this company’s legitimacy, and there are tell-tale signs of unofficially throughout the website and general "business" presentation, including, but not limited to overly-generic, stock testimonial videos, false presentation of individual entities and held positions, as well as contact information on the website and other indicators that would raise red flags.
Further investigation into this business’ credentials and official status is highly suggested.
