Hello,
Terrible experience. This guy (Mr. Jason Hickey) seems to be nice and legitimate initially but he is really a liar and scammer. We signed a contact for the detached garage on September 29th. I gave him $3500 as a deposit. He said that he wanted to start 3 weeks ago. He lied to me about when he was coming over and over and over. He didn’t start to built our garage and didn’t respond to my calls and emails. I want to sue him to get my money back. Could you please explain me the procedure?
I also found this page recently, there are many people have problem with this guy. he changed his company’s name a couple of times and did the same tricks:
