I got a phone call from James Baker saying that I’d won a million dollars and a 2016 Volks Wagon due to my good bill paying history. He was willing to stay on the line while I got dressed and drove to nearest money gram ( a 40 minute drive) and he would help me fill out a form after I paid the &279.00 fee to receiver my prize. He became very agitated with me and I finally declined to continue. He gave me this tracking number: EG19850345US

*** *** calling relatives of mine scaring them by claiming he will issue a warrant if I do not call him immediately. Also says he is a law firm. Calling in from 704-***-***, very rude and abusive. I know he claims to say if I pay x amount of money bank wire or *** *** there will be no legal consequences. I don’t owe anyone, don’t know anyone in NC but I will take this case to the highest if he doesn’t stop!! This is ignorant, does he really believe I will send him anything..
