Said he won money in some sort of promotion but had to pay money. He had to go through a certified lawyer in Florida to have a certified check sent to them in order to get the prize. He won 675,000 tax free and he would get a 1099. They wanted 1% at first he said he couldn’t afford it they called back and wanted 2,500
