I contacted this person about items I saw on a profile on Instagram where they portrayed themselves to be wholesale sellers in the retail business so I contacted the seller with the phone provided on the profile for any purchase inquiries. After contacting the person and receiving their response to my inquiry I then send the seller money via google pay for goods as they assured me that everything was going to be sent out once payment was made. I made the payment to the first email given which the seller wasn’t able to claim due to supposed issues with their email so they gave me an alternate email to resend payment so I did. Since making the payment I’ve continued to try and contact this person for 2 weeks to no avail. I am hoping that this transaction can be tracked and some form of refund and actions can be taken on this individual. The email they first gave me on google pay was [email protected] and the second email they provided to resend the payment was [email protected] The email I used for google pay was ***.
