Type of a scam Tax Collection
Woman "Mary Johnson" called and said that she was from the IRS and they were calling about tax issues. When they were told that the IRS doesn’t make calls she said that they have sent letters that were not responded to. Gave the phone number and address to the IRS tax office in Bloomington MN. When you call the number that they give it goes to the tax office in Bloomington but it also tells you that they do not do live phone assistance in that office to stop in and they will assist you in person. The same person then called back and was now calling from the IRS number which she duplicated since that is not what she called from the first time and it was the same lady.
