The consumer was contacted by phone by Elite Marketing and Sales 330 South Wells Ste. 212 Chicago IL 60606. Phone 312-340-0291 and email [email protected] They offered buyback consumers time share in Mexico. They set up the escrow to be held with International Escrow Services at of Altanta Georgia at 1100 peachstreet (a virtual office space). The consumer wired a total of $32k over a four month period. The escrow company kept request funds for various reason such as luxuary taxes, 10 percent penalty fee, comissions, capital gains tax for the Mexican Government, US Government Customs Tax. Company claimes the consumer will be refunded $57K of the escrow held. So the problem starting when the consumer was promised the $57k and the deposit would never occur. She is given excuses. And when she asked to cancel the contract they now claim she must pay $2,700 additional in a cancelation fee.
