You can not return or exchange. They tell you can get 1/2 your money back but there’s a good chance it will get lost and you will get nothing and lose your dress. They advise you to sell it yourself. I ordered s dress that was colored as watermelon. When it came it was as orange as could be. Not turn to size chart they sent at all. 16W was sized like a size 9.
