I received an email out of the blue from Interstate Credit Advisers saying that I owe 1240.00 by the 23rd of August or they would take me to court and lower my credit score. The wording in the email was off and weird so aside from the fact that I know I dont owe anyone that immediately caught my attention for fraud.
