I paid $*** cash for round trip air fare for my wife and 2 kids to China. When I got to the airport, there were no electronic tickets. This forced me to buy three 1-way tickets for $***. I contacted the company and they said it was an internet problem and after 10 days they reimbursed me for the 1-way tickets ($***) and promised to make sure the return tickets would be available for the return trip as I had already paid for them
Due to medical concerns, one of my sons stayed with my parents in China, while my wife and other son came to the airport for the return trip to USA. Again, the tickets paid for and promised by In-Depth Travel was missing. Again, I had to purchase their return trip for $***.
After several attempts to collect, the lady, Ada Zhang, sent me a check that bounced, incurring bank fees. When I contacted her again several times she finally said go ahead and ‘sue me. I don’t have the money’. This is fraud. What was supposed to cost $*** cost $***.
