Said they were Microsoft. Pop up message showed that my firewall had been compromised. Took control of my computer. Said I had 121 Trojans. Stalled while I was asking questions. Refused to relinquish control of my computer when I asked. Kept talking even after I asked to hang up. Told me to call BBB. Gave me another number 844-414-9219. After hung up, he remotely powered down my computer. When I called 844 number, said they were I Tech Services.
