Type of a scam Online Purchase
The above company advertises sales of t shirts. I made a purchase on 10/18/16 and the funds were deducted from my account on 10/19/16. There has been one excuse after another since the date of purchase. There is no phone number online or on their Facebook page (Infinitee Threads) to contact them. The primary way to contact them was through a link within the email sent. I questioned why there was no phone number and was given the number above. I called the number above and it appeared to be a private number to me based on the tone of the conversation. The individual (Mr. XXXXX) tried to sound convincing but later disconnected the call. I sent a subsequent email with and received a response within 5 minutes. I went on the Facebook page to see if there were any comments from other individuals and it appears that they are having the same issue. The correspondence from the emails were always answered by XXXXX.
