Type of a scam Tax Collection
Representative posing as IRS agent called my cell phone, telling me that I was about to be sued for back taxes owed to the government. When I returned the call (knowing this is a scam), a rep with an Indian accent asked me for my name. I refused and asked him if this really was the IRS / US Government. He promptly hung up on me.
