Received a popup on my computer after opening a FedEx email. Popup was supposedly from Microsoft claiming I had malicious activity on my computer and to call a # that was on the popup. When I did, ITTECHNINJA answered. I let them into my computer and they supposedly cleaned it up, but not until I was basically told I had to buy a service plan with them, which I did for a total of $268.74 After this, I was pretty sure I was scammed, so I cancelled my credit card and opened a dispute against ITTECHNINJA.
