A message popped up on my screen that my computer had a virus to call 855-206-0488. Unfortunately after I called the message was deleted and I was unable to capture the screen shot. It asked me to enter the 5 digit code on my screen which I did. Then Max Morris came on the phone and explained to me what was going on. He then asked me to allow him access on to my computer which I did. After I provided my name, email, phone number and home address he explained to me that my computer was out of warranty and that for a low price of $149 they can fix it one time. Or $199 for 1 year warranty $299 for 2 years and $399 for 3 years. He then asked me to provide him with my card information once I told him that I wanted to call Microsoft and verify if they in fact are affiliated he became hostile and began to tell me that they are a real company and opened up the website isupportexperts.com once there the site did not look real. So when I told him again I will call Microsoft he said he will let me speak to his manager, I hung up the phone and disconnected him from my computer. He called me back and I told him I will call him back once I have spoken to Microsoft. I was informed by Microsoft that they are indeed scammers and I should not have allowed them any access. They installed quite a few things on my computer which thankfully Microsoft was sable to detect all the spyware and delete all threats.
