On Saturday August 29th, 2015 the described company withdrew 75 dollars from my checking account. Later that same day a representative from the company contacted me by phone. The representative asked me to verify some information to activate the account. I told the representative that I would like to cancel the account and would like a full refund, he said okay and that he would transfer me to the billing department, and I was hung up on. I filed two complaints with the company, one for the refund and the other for the cancellation of the account. I received no response. As a result of this my account is now out of 75 dollars. When I contacted the bank concerning the charge and when they said there was a number assimilated to the charge on my account, I called the number and it is not a registered number. (it is a dallas, tx number, however, when called the message says it isn’t a registered number.)
