The business sent me the wrong product, so I emailed them about it asking for a refund. They said they would only give me a 30% refund. I looked at their return and refund policies on their own website and nowhere did it say that 30% is the maximum refund amount. I then continued to ask for my money back and after numerous unnecessary emails, she said I could return the product and receive a full refund. However, to return the product, I would have had to pay $100 shipping. I told them I was not willing to pay that much for shipping (the original product was $50). The lady I was emailing told me I could now get a 70% refund and I decided to accept (I was tired of fighting). She has yet to respond to me and refund my money.
