Type of a scam Credit Cards
I gave my credit card information to a Google site online, and the page flipped and came back that I had purchased "GOOGLE "Dream Zone g.co/helppay# CA" for $387.80. I immediately called United Bank’s customer service to see if that charge was made. It was and I explained to their rep that it was a scam–that I had not willingly made that purchase. Since November 10 I have been trying to get that charge dropped.
I filed a complaint with Google, and they used "Individual 1" as the company’s name. I have received nothing. I don’t have a name, address, phone number or e-mail for contact. Neither United Bank or Google will help.
