Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased item advertised on Facebook on Nov 18th. Website states will be shipped in a few buisiness days and I will receive confirmation. Today is Nov 30th. I have messaged several times about it not being shipped. First few emails I was told it would ship soon. Then I finally requested a refund as it has not shipped and is a gift. They won’t refund my $. First request I was told to expect tracking info in few days. Next request told it was to late, it was shipped-BUT no shipping info given. Next email, the following morning, cant cancel/refund because it has been packed. (not shipped, but packed) their website states item can be canceled/refunded until it is shipped and I keep getting the run around with no tracking number OR refund.
