Total money lost $49.92

Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I registered for an account, because I thought I will be able to talk to my loved one in prison. The deal was unlimited calls for 3 months for a fee of 49.92, including taxes. But after checking deep, after I made the payment, I realized it was not the same company that the prison dealt with. So immediately after that I requested a refund through my email, because that’s the way that they contacted me. Since then, I have not heard anything and they don’t answer the phone number that they provided and I get a failed delivery attempt, when I try to email them. It’s been almost one month now and I still have not received my refund, so I consider it a scam.

Total money lost $100

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I purchased a calling plan from this website (inmatecall.com), along with other fees they have stolen approximately $100.00 from me. Their service advertises they will provide unlimited calls for 3 months at one flat rate. It is also indicated the customer has to make sure there is money on the “securus account” which is the calling service for the jail, and a completely separate service. Essentially; the customer recieves service from securis, and not the “inmatecall service plan” as purchased. inmatecall.com does not supply any service whatsoever! It is simply fraud, theft, and misrepresentation!
