This company was servicing my internet. They contacted me from a private number telling me their license expired and they would refund me $490 that I paid. Originally, they told me they were contractors for Microsoft, They asked me to log into my computer which was normal and they would wire the money into my bank account. I was not smart and logged in …they began a transfer and when it hit, it was $5000.00. They wanted me to go to my bank, not tell anyone what I was doing, withdraw $4500 in cash, take it to Wells Fargo and deposit into a bank account, Originally, they wanted me to purchase gift cards at ***. They didn’t want me to hang up, I went to the bank. Money was not in my account. I told the person they would not get $$$ until it was in my account. They proceeded to scream at me and logged my computer and internet. They introduced themselves as IDT…Peter Williams and Harry Watson. 731-907-0546..I have closed my bank account. No money came to my bank!
