My neighbor is on a fixed income. She has sent money that she doesn’t have to this place. She has gotten kicked out of her apartment because she can’t pay rent because she believes that she is going to be a millionaire. She has MS. A lady that works in family children’s service was going to help her get an apartment on a fixed income was told by her that she doesn’t need help because she was getting some money from an Awards place and she didn’t need help.
