It was pop up virus. Said my husband had a virus on his computer so he called the number on the pop up. He did and they went into his computer and "fixed" the issue. However they charged him 499USD for $150 in repairs and another $350 for a virus scan. My husband believed it. He needed a virus scan on his computer to start with so this is how they got him. As his wife I deleted the information and began a case.
