Received call from "HP Technical Support" informing me they had found viruses on my computer. They accessed my computer and said they could fix the problem with iTunes gift cards that would purchase the required software. Scammed out of $950 in gift cards which they drained. They also installed malware and keylogger software on my PC. I had to wipe the hard drive clean and reformat it.
