Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased an armchair online from Gupys furniture, which is also known as Hotsale Furniture. They took the money, and did not deliver a product. I have repeatedly tried to get answers and all I get is a response that says it was delivered to my door. They say it was delivered to my door on Dec 2nd. That day happened to be a Sunday, I did not leave my house as there was a snow storm that day, nothing came to my door. I also know there was no attempt to be delivered as there were no prints in the snow. An original email thanking me for my purchase included an email address if i had any issues. It read "For help with any of our online services, please email the store-owner: [email protected]"
The email address is fake too.
