Tom originally agreed upon constructing an 8 foot by 8 foot home for my dogs and then the demolition and haul away of all old scrap and 8 foot by 8 foot room for my dogs from old address. The price he asked for and agreed upon was $300 for his labor before materials for the construction of the room and $100 for the haul away from the old address. Upon completion of the new room he was paid in full for both with the agreement the following day he would go and haul away all old material from my old address. He stopped answering his calls and texts the next day after the work hadn’t been completed. I texted and said I was filing a police complaint for the $100 of work he hadn’t done and stole that money for me and he finally answered claiming I had never paid him when I had.
