757 area code, typically followed by 406 or 405. "Hello this is Howard Williams calling about your extended warranty. You should have received something in the mail from us." Do not respond. They are trying to get a recording of you saying "yes" so that they can sell your voice recording to other scams. They will then use the recording of your consent to attempt to defend whatever they’re attempting to scam you for (computer/financial support, most often). Block this number.
