Indian speaking man said they will help with setting up new Apple Mac Air but needed payment first and since I was upset offered Apple Care for $199.99. Charged account but had to give last 4 of SSN sounded strange. Called back said they were Apple. IS NOT Apple.com Verifed with Apple Care.. On-line phone 1-888-872-7729 is just a bunch of survey ?
