Hope4Homes advised they were non profit org. that worked for the government to assist people and helped them stay in their home. They got me to put three months worth of payments in reserve and advised me not to pay mortgage for those three months and then my mortgage company would bring me current on my loan. This was all over about a six month period of time. I allowed Hope for Home to withdraw 81032 a month for three months. Only to find out that they were fraud and that they never even spoke to my mortgage company and that they were not a non profit org. Nor government funded. They are scam. He screwed me out of 2400.00 and others have had their home foreclosed on because of the scam this guy is running out of California. He will make you think he is local though. Beware!!!
