This company is a fraud. They take your number and NEVER send out your item and blame it on covid or any other reason it’s been over 3 months and still no item. I’ve read online this has happened to other people

I wanted to buy some couch covers listed on a Facebook ad from this company. I placed my order and a month later it was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different state. The shipping company “SFExpress” is based in Shanghai, China. Both Ibeemart and SFExpress have no means of contacting an actual person directly. The phone numbers provided do not connect you, and there is only an “email” address provided to contact someone. No one ever gets back to you and there is no way to actually track your package. I had to use a separate app called “Arrive” to actually figure out where my package ended up. I have opened a fraudulent case with my bank in order to get my money back since I’ll never be receiving my package. Never ever buy from this company. They are a SCAM looking to steal your money.

I ordered couch covers and have no tracking number and when I reached out they said I would receive in 3 days. It has been 14 days and after two more attempts to contact to find out where my items are, no response. I demanded refund. Futher investigation on web says website is fraudulent.
