They seemed like a legitimate business. Ordered several products for my cat over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Gave me a fake tracking number and won’t answer my emails. Read about other people who had similar experiences in which they paid for things they never received.

I ordered a product off their website. Problem is, it’s terrible quality. They claim to have a refund policy within 14 days, which I initiated. But for over a month now I cannot get Indigopetco to respond to my several communication attempts. They only have an email or an online contact form to fill out. Which I have done so on many occasions (I have documentation of 6 attempts).
Clearly this business is out to scam
People for money by providing terrible terrible quality products and having zero customer service center.

Purchase from the website on03/26. After several contacts by Instagram and email (they don’t have a physical address or number listed) they keep telling was on its way and lying / I have all conversations and the false tracking number. Could not attach all.
