I have a signed contract from a buyers who are Italians temporarily staying in punta Cana because of the rising deaths of Covid in their country. The offered price was over my asking price. I was asked to pay $1500 for the fees via bank wiring to a bank called banco popular. I was told the fees plus the cost of wiring will be paid back in full once the deal is closed. Next day I was told even is fine and ready to go and I was told that like every where else I need to pay 10% tax which come to $2600. I read the warning from ScamPulse.com and realized I was being crammed and reported and send no more money after the sad truth. They even gave me the name of the contact person and he always called me back when he said he is going to call. David sounded honest, convincing, professional and caring.
