We saw an ad on Instagram for 30% off of Hyrdoflask water bottle. We ordered a yellow, 32 oz. hydroflask on March 12 and received a confirmation email that it would be “posted out in 2-4 days.” It was not. I finally received a tracking number on March 27 – however that tracking number did not work.I received another tracking number on April 4 which said the package had been “posted out.” I tracked the package on April 10 and it said the package was still in China. I emailed the company and received no reply. I finally received the item on April 23 – 6 weeks after ordering it and it was the wrong color, the wrong size, had a huge dent on one side and is not a real Hydroflask. I have again emailed the company and heard nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
