They have an ad for CBD oil FREE sample. I sent for it and without my permission they have sent me 3 more bottles @ $89 and some odd cents per bottle. There is NO mention of this in the ad. I would like them to straighten out there ad so no one else is caught off guard. I think they should also refund the 3 mo. they charged my credit card also. BE HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH YOUR ADS>

Answered on line ad, on 12-30-19 ,with supposed well known persons supposed product approval, for test samples. Total cost $13.92 with no apparent notification of ongoing order. Product received early Jan and not opened. Received notice of $179.65 charge on 1-21-20 which I picked up on 1-26. Contacted HempVive on 1-26 and advised I did not want product and was returning unopened sample. I was advised that they would be sending initial refund check for $70.OO wihtin 7-10 days with remainder to follow within a few days,and that there would be a $37.00 restocking charge. I received email confirmation that day that order was canceled. No notification of shipment was ever received.
On 40-20, I again talked with them and was advised that check would be in mail within 7-10 days. I contacted them again on 4-30 and was given the same run around. For the last four days I have been trying to contact them but 4 of their 7 phones would not answer in such a way that you could talk to anyone. Today I finally reached reached them and spent 46 min. on phone getting another "run around.
