Understanding we are in a unique environment with COVID-19 – this business appears to be untruthful despite all that. Placed an order 4/30, fully reviewing their FAQ/shipping timeline. The order was immediately charged against my credit card and it has been crickets since – outside of a cut/paste response email that they are having shipping issues. Does not add up against their updated FAQ. They do not list a phone number to contact them, or a business address. The email they have been using has changed twice in the last month.

My order has now been "confirmed" for a month and not processed. After reading reviews on Facebook, it appears this company is taking orders and money but not delivering product.

Requested a refund since my order has not moved past "confirmation" in a month, heard nothing back. I just logged a dispute with my bank.
