Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

I was initially contacted by Dishonor Rewards Resorts while I was driving on a road trip in October 2019. The gentleman on the call, "Richard Moore," introduced himself and advised that he was contacting me because he saw that I had recently stayed at a Hilton Honors Grand Vacation resort in Orlando and wanted to offer me a future stay at one of their Asian or Caribbean destinations. "Richard" continued to represent that he was making an offer on behalf of Hilton Rewards and went through the whole song and dance about what else he could do for me, etc., eventually including his "Supervisor Kevin James" to offer me two vacation packages for around $400. I agreed, but when I received the contract via email it immediately aroused my suspicion. Though I was asked to e-sign the contract and return it, I did not sign it, although I had already authorized the charge on my credit card. When I called about a refund due to their fraudulent misrepresentation, "Supervisor Kevin" was rude -and very cavalier in his position that their scam was non-refundable, even though I never signed the contract agreeing to as much. Avoid at all costs.
