I messaged this lady about concert tickets. She told me a price and said she wanted to be paid by Google play cards. I was thinking its 2019 so normal. Now I think of its, red flag. So I purchased $250 in google play cards($ 237.50 with my target card). I sent her the photos of the codes and she tells me one of them isnt valid. I check and all of them were redeemed by someone else. Then she says just to send her an $25 amazon gift card. so I did. then she says she didn’t have an amazon account and I call Amazon and the card was used, only .05 cents were remaining. Now I’m out $262.50. I am paycheck to paycheck and saved this money and now I’m gonna struggle really hard this week with money.
