Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a pair of adidas with credit card. I did not recieve item and when I emailed the website www.coachelaine.com where i purchased the item I got a response from a chinese company saying they mailed it. Her email was "[email protected]" . When I received the item they were chinese shoes that were not adidas or any brand. I took picture and sent to abbie, she said she was sorry and there was a shipping mixup. I have now waited for 3 months and they are still saying they are trying to solve. This company is clearly a fraud. They will not give me my money back and I never recieved the high end adidas i ordered. Please shut down this website. This company does a bait and switch and I never received my item.
