I saw an add of RayBan Sunglasses on sale. I went to the website https://www.rbcuq.com/, filled my cart, and completed the purchase using PayPal. Once I got the confirmation in PayPal, the seller’s name was completely different than the website, it is encrypted in Chinese words, however in the confirmation text I received by PayPal, the business that received the payment is named HAILONGZ412. Once I noted this, I reported it to PayPal and made a claim.
