I made the initial purchase on Nov 28 through an ad on social media for a personalized dog sweatshirt. Within a day or so I received a few options for what the sweater could look like. I replied with my choice.
I looked up the order status two weeks later (they claimed a 4-6 day turnaround) and they said my sweater was printing.
Two more weeks go by with no update, I’ve now emailed them a few times as it has been almost a month and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. No reply to any contact.
Now their website is “under maintenance” and I have no answers and no product.
