I ordered a cute pair of black leather booties from this company after seeing the ads posted everywhere. A few days later I was out shopping and saw a pair that I liked so I purchased them instead. I immediately sent a message to Honestystar asking to cancel the order and refund my money since the booties had not shipped. I emailed customer service to cancel this order 7 times over a period of 2 weeks. Each time they replied asking me to reconsider and said that my booties would be back in stock and shipping soon. Today I received an email notice that the shoes have shipped. I sent another message to complain and they said that I could return them but the shipping would cost more than the refund. They intentionally stalled until they shipped. After looking at other people’s reviews I now know that when they do eventually arrive they will be total garbage and will look nothing like the photo. I paid by Paypal and asked them to help. They said there’s nothing they can do since the product shipped.
