Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
Individual contacted me by mail asking for my name and address telephone number etc…sent me a check through in the amount of 2420 the mail and an instruction page which indicated that I cash check at my bank within 24 hours and purchase gift cards at Walmart after I take out my fee of 320 dollars…it sounded strange as to why I had to use my beans and certainly no bank wil clear a check in 24 hours so I immediately realized this scam and reported it.
