I purchased clothing, like I normally do. When I noticed the packaged did not arrive, I emailed them. I got a notice about a delay and that it will be 8 business days to arrive. Still nothing, then when I emailed again, same message. That’s when I stated to them that i’d like a refund. No response. I began to search on their site for an answer and that’s when I started looking things up. I emailed them again about reporting them since I haven’t gotten an answer. First time I ever experienced this, calling my bank now.
