I ordered from a website I thought was legit. My daughter is a Halsey fan and I ordered two items from this website as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I was immediately notified that nothing would ship til the 17th. After a week or so passes I dont hear anything about my purchase, so I began trying to track down customer service. I discover t bg at that there is no one to speak with and they only email. I was given an excuse everytime. Here it us almost March and still no purchase. So disappointed. I wonder if this music artist Halsey that they are using her name to scam innocent fans. I am trying to recover my money as I speak. Daughter was really down about this misrepresentation.
