i have placed a order on November 9, 2016 for a hoverboard and bag for my son for a Christmas gift. It is now December 12, 2016 and I have not received a tracking number, they will not respond back to my emails, and they will not answer phone calls. But they had no problem taking my $203 straight from my account when I placed my order! they did respond to one email two weeks ago saying my order was being processed and would be shipped by the end of that weekend. I still have not received a email or tracking number, so I tried emailing them again for an update, and nothing. these people are scam artist and need to be stopped!!!

Hi, i ordered a hoverboard online on this website hoverboarder.com. they took $199.99 out of debit card they said it’ll take about 7 days most for delivery. It’s been now almost month and haven’t received anything. I tried emailing them and calling them but no one seems answer the phone or email. Can you please help?

Purchased a hoverboard from them that doesnt work…They will not return my calls or my emails.It was the wrong color and is missing the battery that makes it run. Was only supposed to take 3 to 5 days to get here…Recieved it over 3 weeks later not in working order. I will not send it back because they say that they will not give me my money back….They will just send it to someone else to scam them also.
