Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a machine from this person / business through a site called DH gate. The listing said it had a one year warranty with free repair. I received the machine quickly but after using it 10 times, it stopped working. I emailed videos and asked them to honor the warranty and he will not comply. This company does not stand by their warranty and will not even respond to you if there is a problem. There’s nothing I can do because they are in China. I contacted DH gate customer service 5 times and all they would do is tell me that they will email the seller encouraging him to resolve the issue with me but no results.
